These terms explain how KreateLab works with clients. By booking a project or using this website, you agree to them.

1. Our services

KreateLab provides writing, AI video creation and graphic design services. The scope of each project is set out in a written quote that you approve before work begins.

2. Quotes and payment

Starting prices on this website are a guide. Your final price and payment terms are confirmed in your written quote. Work begins once the quote is approved and any agreed payment is received.

3. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds shown on the pricing page or in your quote. Extra revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

4. Your materials

You confirm that any text, images, music, logos or other material you give us belongs to you or that you have permission to use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of facts you provide.

5. Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables. Until payment is complete, KreateLab keeps ownership of all work produced.

6. Portfolio use

We may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer that your project stays private, tell us before work begins.

7. Timelines

Timelines are agreed in your quote. They depend on you providing materials and feedback promptly, and may move if those are delayed.

8. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a project before work starts. Once work has begun, payment for the work completed so far remains due. Refund requests are considered case by case.

9. AI-assisted work

Some of our video and design work uses AI tools together with human direction and editing. We review all work before delivery.

10. Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver work of high quality, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as sales, views or rankings. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
